No. If you provide professional services for free to a qualifying nonprofit organization, you cannot claim a tax deduction for the value of your time or services on your income taxes, according to IRS Publication 526: Charitable Contributions.
Also excluded are blood donations to the Red Cross or to blood banks and the income lost while volunteering for a qualified organization. However, you may be able to deduct documented, unreimbursed, out-of-pocket expenses that you paid in order to volunteer, like uniforms or transportation.
