The Foundation Center does not offer any training in the use of Raiser’s Edge software, but Blackbaud, the software's vendor, offers a variety of online and in-person training options. Select "Raiser’s Edge" from the product pull-down menu to see its class calendar.
Message boards are also good places to find out about training. Our PND Talk message board has a thread on Raiser's Edge Training. TechSoup, a technology site for nonprofits, also has a similar thread.
Additionally, your local NPower affiliate, Association of Fundraising Professionals chapter, or nonprofit association might know of Raiser's Edge training offerings in your area.
Also try searching "Raiser's Edge" in YouTube to find how-to videos.
