Don't have an individual giving program? Have one but want to bring it up a notch? The first step is having a solid plan that takes you to next level in a methodical and realistic way.

• Find out the Information you should gather on your past performance and how to create solid goals and action steps for the year.

• Identify steps for building your organization's culture of fundraising that will maximize success over time.

• Learn ways to involve other staff, Board and constituents in the planning, debriefing and evaluation process.

For small and mid-sized organizations. You will leave with tools that will help you develop your 2012 plan, a planning strategy for 2012, and ideas on what should be in your plan.
